Office Administrator (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Office Administrator (m/f/d) to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. In this role, you will act as a central point of contact, manage daily office operations, handle correspondence and front‑desk activities, coordinate meetings, maintain accurate records, and support basic HR and finance tasks.
Your Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day administrative and general office operations
· Handle correspondence, phone calls, and front-desk activities
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date office and company records
· Coordinate meetings, schedules, and overall office logistics
· Provide support for basic HR tasks as requested by line managers
· Assist with basic finance-related duties, including petty cash handling and expense tracking
· Ensure smooth daily office operations while adhering to company procedures
Your Qualifications:
· Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, Office Management, or a related field
· At least 1 year of proven experience in an administrative or office support role
· Strong organizational and time‑management skills
· Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Email)
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
· Ability to work flexibly in terms of time
