We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Office Administrator to join our team. As the Central point of contact for both internal and external customers, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support, handling inquiries, creating offers, and managing the administration and maintenance of end customer data.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the central point of contact for internal and external customer support
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries regarding product information, pricing, and availability
  • Prepare quotations and respond to technical customer requests
  • Manage complete order processing from receipt to delivery and invoicing
  • Maintain customer data and prepare sales reports
  • Ensure accurate and timely quote processing (within 24 hours)
  • Provide daily support to account managers, distributors, direct customers, and service technicians
  • Assist in organizing and participating in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities
  • Oversee daily office operations

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Several years of experience in sales support or customer service
  • Commitment to delivering excellent service to customers and distributors
  • Business development awareness in a growing organization
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Experienced with SAP and MS Office
